Delete your account
You can delete your Tuggle account and its data at any time. Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account on our server, so use one of the options below.
In the app
- Open Tuggle.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted from our server straight away. The app then starts again with a new, empty guest account.
Without the app
Email privacy@playtuggle.com with the subject "Delete my account" and your account id (Settings → Account). If you no longer have the app, tell us the display name and roughly when you last played. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email. We may ask a question to make sure the request comes from the account owner.
What is deleted
- your guest account, display name and session tokens;
- the link with Sign in with Apple (we also ask Apple to revoke the app's access);
- your progress, stars, spools, city and cosmetics;
- your duel, daily puzzle and league results;
- your purchase records and rewarded-ad records;
- your push notification token.
Duels you played disappear from your opponents' history as well. Spools and items you bought cannot be restored after deletion, and deletion is not a refund; refunds go through Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
What is not deleted
- Data held by Apple (your App Store purchase history, Game Center) and by Google (ad data). Manage those in your Apple ID settings and through Google's controls.
- Backups of our database are overwritten within 30 days.
- Emails you sent us are kept for up to 2 years, unless you ask us to delete them too.
