Tuggle

Children and ads

A plain-language notice for players and parents about who Tuggle is for, which ads it shows and how to control them.

Who Tuggle is for

Tuggle is a rope-untangling puzzle rated 9+ on the App Store. It is made for a general audience, not specifically for children. There is no free-text chat: other players only see a display name, a rope cosmetic and game results. We never ask for a real name, an email address or a date of birth.

Which ads you see

The free version shows two kinds of ads, both served by Google AdMob:

We ask Google to keep ads suitable for a 9+ audience. Buying "No Ads" removes interstitial ads. Rewarded ads stay available if you want them.

Personalised or not

In the Netherlands, a child under 16 cannot give valid consent to personalised ads on their own. If your child plays, make this choice together, or choose not to consent. Tuggle works fully either way.

Purchases

Purchases go through Apple and need the account holder's approval. Parents can use Ask to Buy in Family Sharing and Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions → iTunes & App Store Purchases to block or approve in-app purchases. Spools have no cash value and cannot be traded.

Notifications

Tuggle only sends notifications if you allow them, at most one per day, about duels and leagues. Turn them off in iOS Settings → Notifications → Tuggle.

Questions or deletion

Parents can ask us to delete a child's account and data at privacy@playtuggle.com. You can also delete the account in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account).

Tuggle is made by Little Lion Labs, sole proprietorship, KvK 42012326, Prinses Julianastraat 12, 2802 JR Gouda, the Netherlands. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
